At least one parent or guardian must be an active NjangiBase association member
Student must be at least 16 years old
Required documents: academic transcript, admission letter, ID document
Some scholarships may require a completed 90-day waiting period or specific regional origin
Certain programs also accept non-member students with a verified NjangiBase guardian
